Sarah graduated from Colchester School of Art in 2019 with a first class BA HONS degree in 3D Design and Craft, specialising in ceramics.

Sarah's ceramic sculptural forms focus
on the repeat of the repeat. They are wavering forms that become reconfigured through meticulous and intensive studio practice. Her work has been heavily influenced by her knowledge in textiles having graduated from Morley College, London in 2012. Sarah’s background and interest in textiles can be seen throughout her work with porcelain as she continues to develop her work exploring the fragility and strength of life.

Sarah is an award winning Ceramic Artist, and shares her skills and experience teaching at local ceramic studio, Clayshape in Wivenhoe, Essex. She teaches children and adults and is currently running a programme of classes in a local primary schools.

Sarah’s current work of wall sculptures in white porcelain and black stoneware have been shown in multiple exhibitions, including New Designers, London,  after she won a scholarship to attend.

In October 2019, Sarah won an International Franz Rising Star Award for her piece 'Infinity' in paper porcelain.

Sarah is a Ceramic Artist working to bridging the gap between art
 and craft.
